Remote locations and extreme weather for extended periods of time are not a problem for Soo Foundry. At a generating station, 6 hours north of Sault Ste Marie, our team of fabricators and millwrights supplied new gate components and installed them on a spillway gate while still in service. This project also included installing new wooden stop logs, changing the gate seals and replacing the bottom structure of the gate.
