Field repairs for us extend to the weld repair of generator frames up tower of a wind turbine. Our mechanical team installs an engineered support assembly and then our welders remove defective areas mapped out by an engineer. Full penetration welds are required for the repair and MPI and UT testing is completed during the repair process. We also provide a confined space rescue team while all hot work is underway.
